Return Policy of The Fashion Mart:
The Fashion Mart has easy returns and refunds in various cases:
Bills and other labels are necessary while returning the products. They must be returned in original condition. Follow the instructions below to register the dispute within 7 days of receipt of the product. Disputes which are registered after that are not entertained. Please note that custom stitched products cannot be returned in any case.
How to raise the dispute?
Disputes can be raised by sending an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the images of damaged products within 3 days of delivery. Photos with good clarity and order number are necessary while raising the dispute.
After raising the dispute, we will analyze your case and reply you with instruction about returning your product. This may take time as we deal with number of customers simultaneously. Please give us the time of up to three working days to get back to you. We will try to respond you as early as possible.
Delivery charges for returning products
While returning the damaged or defective products, we will compensate the courier charges but for returning of products that doesn’t stand up to your expectations, you need to bear the courier charges of returning. Courier charges will be compensated by discount coupon of 100 Rs which can be sued in next 180 days from the day of dispute solving. Pack well while returning the goods so that it reaches us in good condition.
The refund for the product price will be made directly in your bank account within the next 15 working days of receiving your shipment.
When will I get refunds?
Your refund process will initiate only after we receive the damaged goods. It will take maximum of 15 working days. For this, it would be better if you courier us with standard courier companies who uses online tracking system.
What are the shipping charges?
We have FREE shipping all over India and shipping charges outside India varies from country to country. These charges are based on the country we are shipping to which are clearly mentioned while order placement and also on product pages. Prices may differ from country to country and we are free to set these prices. Prices mentioned in INR are valid only for shipping in India. If you want product to be delivered outside India, prices may differ.
Estimated Delivery time?
Domestic orders are expected to be delivered within 4-5 working days and for international orders, they are expected to ship in 18 working days. All products gets shipped within three working days from our warehouse.
TFM delivers products internationally. Customers can purchase products from anywhere in the world. We have tie ups with major courier company’s worldwide.
For tracking your order, visit our website, login to your account and see your orders. Besides that, shows the tracking details of your product. Products can also be tracked by the tracking number that we mail you. Tracking number can also be seen besides the order section in my order.
Octroi charges in India
Octroi charges are applicable in Nagpur, Sangli, Dombivli, Nasik, Mumbai, Pimpri & Chichwardi, Kothrud, Ahmednagar, Pune, and Akola. All applicable octroi charges are to be barred by the customer. The Fashion Mart is not liable for any of such charges.
